Lazy Stuffs Inc. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Nova Scotia law.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we receive only a confirmation and a transaction reference.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Consent

By submitting a booking request you consent to our collection and use of your information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice — but note that withdrawing consent for information we need in order to attend and service your property will mean we can no longer provide the service. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us, without affecting your service.

We use trusted third parties to operate our business. Each receives only the information needed for its function and is bound to protect it.

6. Storage outside Canada

Important: some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. While your information is in another country it may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country under its laws. By using our services you acknowledge this transfer. We select providers that offer contractual and technical protections comparable to those required under Canadian law.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in Nova Scotia. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to active clients by email.
