Balcony first
It’s on the inspection, and it’s the room everyone forgets. Sweep, wipe the rail and the glass, and clear the drain.
Oven and bathroom next
Both need products left to work. Apply them early, then move on — the cleaner does the scrubbing while you do something else.
Detail work
Inside cabinets and drawers, switches, door frames, baseboards and window tracks. This is where deposits are won or lost.
Floors last, backwards to the door
Finish each room by working toward the front door, so you never walk across a floor you’ve already cleaned.

Photograph every room
Before you hand over the keys, take a timestamped photo of every room. It’s your evidence in a deposit dispute, and it takes two minutes.
Never mix products
Bleach with ammonia, or with an acidic toilet or limescale cleaner, releases toxic gas. One product at a time, rinse between.

Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise what a landlord decides, but the clean is built around exactly what inspections check — the places listed above. Take your own timestamped photos too.
Is the price different from a deep clean?
No. Move-out and deep cleans are priced the same: $385.32, $453.72 or $544.92 by size, HST included.
How do I pay?
Pay securely by card at booking — you receive a secure Stripe payment link to complete payment before your service. Payment is due before or on the same day the service is completed.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service carry a flat $74.98 cancellation fee.
Do you bring the supplies?
Yes. Every price covers travel, equipment and eco-friendly supplies.
